Everlea’s RMA Procedure
There are times when equipment in the field needs to be returned to Everlea Group for various reasons such as:
- Faulty Equipment returning for warranty Repair / Evaluation
- Faulty Equipment returning for Repair / Evaluation
- Equipment being returned for Credit
For equipment that is being returned / sent to Everlea a RMA Document form MUST be “Generated” by Everlea Group for the particular product you wish to return.
